Until recently, i did not know anything about Zija. What kind of name is that?
I soon found out that Zija is the name of a company founded in 2006 with the mission to help people live healthy and that was sparked by a passion for the "miracle tree"called Moringa.
Moranga is a natural, nutritional power house. While it is a newer discovery of modern science, Moranga has been part of many societies for thousands of years.

But, why do I say Zija helps increase my energy level?
Here is my story about Zijaand my energy level. I recently celebrated my 65th birthday, and like many Americans, I am over weight and can pinch much more than an inch around the waist! My life is rather active, but I don't have any hobbies that would be considered a sport. Until recently, the last time I really exercised was nearly two years ago when I walked the ML King track near my job with a parent from the school where I work. We also participated in Zumba during that time.
However, when I returned to my normal work days, exercise was out of the question for me. Excuses, yes, but long days at the office did not leave me thinking much about walking or working up a sweat. That said, I found out about Zija and Moringa a few weeks ago, and the stars aligned! Well, sort of: my husband was hospitalized for a week, with a blood clot in his thigh, and it made me think more about my own health situation.
Lack of energy, lack of sleep, and the wrong diet is not a good combination for long life. The next part to this puzzel is the fact that a new gym was about to open in my neighborhood. So with all this in mind, I really had no real excuses left. First, I started taking the supplements from Zija. Secondly, I swore off three of my food and beverage sins: coffee becuase someone says that it "kills the nutrients" that I am buying to put in my body. I don't know if that is true, but it sounded good enough for me because I was already concerned about my health. The second food was potatoe chips for obvious reasons, and caffinated sodas.
There you have it! Then theere was the gym membership: so two nights ago, I went to the gym to excercise (after nearly a two year hiatus) and had bout a forty minute workout. You know what that means, the next morning I will be sore, and stiff. But wonders never cease! I woke up without pain or stiffness. Spent a full day at work and sang for joy because of the extra energy I had. There was nothing new except the nutricious supplements from Zija!! I sang: "Shake, shake, shake! Shake, shake, shake!....and the secretary stopped me by saying, "Do you know what you are singing?"
I assured her I was not going to sing the lyrical ending to the song (booty!), however, "If you allow me to finish, my ending is do the wonderful energy I am experienceing.So, I continued with the final chorus: "Shake your Zija, Shake your Zija!" And we both laughed. I really do have more energy and I say it is because Zija helps increase my energy level.
