I am a travelling personal fitness trainer in New York City. As a lifelong soccer player I specialize in speed, agility, strength, stamina, endurance and flexibility. I love bodyweight exercises but can also but can also use equipment . Sessions are conducted at an indoor gym or outdoor area. I can come to you or you can come to me. A typical session may include an easy run or a sprint, a tactical bodyweight workout testing strength and flexibility or a high-intensity-interval-training (HIIT) filled with compound exercises to target multiple muscle groups. A workout with me is never boring. Fitness is my passion and I look forward to working with some motivated, dedicated clients.
