I personally believe the punishment should be public execution, because the sham is just as deadly and is permanently public.
Agree with me or not we must punish sham persecutions. There is no greater political power. There is no defense, no way to dis-prove a negative. It is an attack that never goes away.
Anyone with a power like this is the worst tyrant in history. To protect us from the disease spreading, the punishment should be death by nuclear bomb at the courthouse where they were elected or the headquarters that empowered them.
How do you determine when a sham has been perpetuated? Use the wisdom of the American Jury system. Observe all the facts, ignore the opinions. Think for yourself. Form a considered decision, or remain undecided and ask 3 friends that you trust. I didn't say it was easy, I just said it was important. If you haven't completed the task just say "I'm still gathering the facts."
